The web site has been created by request of the Ministry Of Culture of the Republic of Armenia, under the decision of the William Saroyan Centennial Governmental Committee presided by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
During the Centennial:
seven theatrical performances have been staged, of which three by the state order;
nine books have been published, of which one three-volume;
one animated and two documentary films have been shot.
